Good shout... I will look at getting some of them. Are they easy to change? Like you said I just looked at them thinking they were white enough, but you can see that the LH is much better.
I’m wondering if it’s the same case with the little spot lights under the wing mirrors?
Updated the interior lights tonight ...makes such a difference (I hate the ‘orange’ lights)!!
Before Map Lights
After Map Lights (36mm LED C5W for main map light & standard LED W5W for the spots)
Before Vanity Light
After Vanity Lights (39mm LED C5W)
Additional to these I replaced the...
Hi... Does anyone know if the SQ5 (2014) has any rear cup holders available in any of the specs? Mine hasn’t got any but thought I could have swapped the insert from my A4, only to find it’s not the same style, thickness etc.

Well after a long 6 hour round trip, with kids in tow (making it 10x harder), I’m now the owner of a beautiful Volcano Red SQ5!! Never thought it would happen... but absolutely loving every minute... What a machine it is!.
We weren’t too sure about the colour due to mixed reviews, but I...
Just watched the video from the other post regarding fitment (which was on a 2013 model Q5 & looks like the majority would be able to be covered up/sealed as long as the under trays haven’t been hacked away. I’m assuming if they’re factory fitted then there will be a different variant of under...
I had a very quick look & seen there’s a couple of 2018 model threads for this but just wondering if anyone has completed the removal of the side steps on a 2015 model? Assuming there will be bolt holes left but just wondering if there is a kit of some sort with caps etc. to plug up the holes? I...
Just been to look at an SQ5 today & took it for a spin!! What can i say... It was a pleasure to drive & power is tremendous. I noticed this 1 had drive select where some others I looked at don't. Does it change things that much to make a difference or is the D/S difference enough? Also are there...
To answer Your original question - it's 27 cm - height from ground to door on sline A4 B9 3.0 TDi with adaptive suspension on 18" wheels.
Much appreciated... thank you
Yeah the A6 Avant was my number 1 choice from the off but it is quite a big car & steering away from it now. I think the SQ5 is my favourite out of them all but I’m not sure if the interior is a bit dated in the age I can afford. Same age A4, A6, A7s are a bit newer interior, but going to see a...
Hi mate, I will be keeping my current A4 Allroad as I love it, but the new car I’m after is to replace a Seat Leon FR, as wanting another 4WD. I have looked at the A6 Allroad & like the idea of the adjustable suspension as I think mine looks too high...but I just seen it as an expensive fix if...
I currently have an A4 Allroad (B8) but looking at getting a new(er) car soon. I’ve been looking mainly at the A6 Avant, A7 & SQ5 but noticed that for around the same price you can get an A4 (B9) on same reg (66ish) with a lot less mileage & the interior just seems so much newer!
Anyway, my...
Thanks for your feedback... it’s nice to hear other people’s opinions, especially for those who have/had a few different models . Only thing for me as mentioned above was the interior which seems a couple of years behind the A6 and even further behind the A4 (it’s pretty much the same as what I...
That was my assumption but from the feedback I’ve received across the different forums it’s seems that there’s not actually that much difference and actually the SQ5 is approx. 280mm, whereas the A6 Avant (sline) at approx. 300mm?? Not sure if that’s just people’s different ways of measuring...
