If you went auto like me, get some history on the gearbox. My gearbox on my 2010 was serviced by Audi 2 years ago but now I have a "once a month" gearbox malfunction error at 112k. You are going for a later model may be okay as mine is 1st generation.

Right had another scan and sadly there was not a code of P07000 - Vanilla Milkshake / lubricant in the electronics, so time to let that silly theory go I think... Most likely the other garage didn't do a full scan or something, but another garage came up with this attached.
