    See if the cam chain tensioner or the Camshaft position sensor is missing a plug. The one you show in the photo on the other post. and plug back in. Also scan for codes.

    poor heating

    The Heater core is part blocked with the gunk sludge, try back flushing with a hose down one of the cooling pipes to from the heater core. Or/and the thermostat is stuck full open and under cooling the engine.

    Vacuum hoses?

    Hi James 33. I would change out the vaccum hose for silicon. (try APmotorstore.co.uk who stock ASH silicon stuff) Dia 4mm a couple of quid a meter. Made a big differance to my engine ACK. Clean the throttle body if not done recently, and when you took the plugs out, (I read your other post.)...
