I think the offset is 8x18?? is that the offset or 8J....im not too sure....thanks for the correction...i always thought it was 40mm.

What about anti freeze...does that give off the same effect if mixed with water..like oil does?? that rainbow coloured mixture?

Hi guys....ive got an A4 1.8T sport on a set of 18 inch S8 wheels with 225/40 tyres on....8J.....now i know the standard ride height for the 1.8t sport is 40mm lower than the standard A4 but ive just ordered a set of 60mm lowering springs....now will this drop my car by 60mm from where it is...

I dont think its head gasket anymore....spoke to a mechanic and he said if it aint miss firing and the oil colour is fine...which it is then its not head gasket...gonna give it too him on thursday to check it out anyways.

But wouldnt it be water in the oil instead of oil in the water....cos theres no water in the oil.....also its not miss-firing and the exhaust is not kicking white smoke and its not overheating??? its just really confusing!?!? lol

Well when my friend cleaned the rad out.....it was full of brown crap basically...once we had cleaned the rad out you could see oil in the brown crap.
