Oh I didn't know you were from Liverpool bud. We bought my A3 from there and it was a good purchase. Then we bought an A6 which is what were having trouble with! The dealer didn't tell us it was an ex-rental which is misleading according to the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations...

I have had absolutely terrible customer service from Liverpool Audi. I used to recommend them to everyone on here, but now I wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy! I was going to post on here about it but I'm going to see if they can sort themselves out before I name and shame.

I've noticed with the rain repellant Audi has given me in the Bodycare kit, it starts to make my wipers squeak against the glass. They still judder now. Does anyone know how to stop that?

One a side note; phwoar! 18°... I wish I could go out and enjoy my car but I'm stuck inside revising. Good luck to anyone else taking exams btw. 👍 the weather is making me very jealous of some people!

It's booked in to Audi to get replaced in a few days so I'm more than happy with that, if something happens and they don't end up replacing it I will give you a PM. Thanks for replying btw! I will keep you in mind for the future. :)

I remember when mine cracked randomly I went into Audi and provided there's no damage to the plastic they replaced mine for me!

Yeah I understand, I didn't mean to give the impression that you said that. I see what you mean about keeping them standard though. Part of me wants to do it for the protection of the wheels too, I'll hopefully be at uni in September and traveling on the motorway to go home ever few weeks...

Thanks for a response. I took it to Audi and they said they'd change the unit, but I'm too busy to be going in and out of Audi it takes so long to deal with them! But yeah I think they'll change it soon. If I don't I'll drop NHN a message about it. Thanks :)
