If its a constant sucking noise which stops when you press the pedal then the brake servo is leaking. Its not mega common but has happened to a few people, major task to replace it due to the location of it in the engine bay.

Audi but you need to tell them a 2007 reg else they'll try to sell you a complete propshaft as you've found, they part is the same on both versions of the shaft. The part number is in post #5 so just get them to order that or from stoke audi.

First thing i'd question is have they bled the clutch properly, if not do it again. Otherwise they've ****ed something up fitting it, play in the input shaft wouldn't cause this and any issue would be present in all gears not just one.

Definetly get the drain tool, will be messy without it. Also bear in mind it still takes a good 10-15 mins to drain the filter housing completely.

Get them to remove it and check it for stiffness on in/out movement between the two halves, it will be stiff which is what is causing the vibration. You can't tell visually alone. I would change it anyway as it will be the problem if you are experiencing the vibration at the published points.

Contrary to that i've found mine to be smoother with it fitted.

Mine was tight but with some lube and working it carefully it went on eventually, it is a tight seal/fit.

Red hose looks like some form of boost control adjustment is fitted.

For aftermarket ones you definetly do get resistors with the loom plugs. I'll double check but i've got factory fit recaros in mine and I'm 99.9% sure there are no resistors and the side airbags are unchecked in the coding for the airbag computer.

Pretty sure the side airbags are just disabled in software with vcds/vas, no resistor used.
