We contacted Audi Uk for assistance who contacted the head of business at Boston audi who eventually got confirmation by the gentleman that I had been informed had left Boston audi!! The car had been decalled up locally and the decal pack was not an official audi set.
I finally had proof of what I had been saying from day 1 that the car I received was not as described. I demanded the car was put right . As yet despite the best efforts of the local panel shop this is still ongoing.
The decals had been unbelievably cut against the car and the car required a complete respray. I have had to fight constantly to get one audi dealership to talk to another and to keep both the panel shop and myself up to date.
What would people recommend the next step should be as as yet this is still not resolved and what should I be asking for for my ordeal??!!
