    Boost gauge showing 20+ psi but doesn't seem to pull like it should

    Just purchased an S3 knowing it had a couple of problems mainly smoking on start up which I have been told to be the stem seals? Anyway when accelerating the boost gauge is showing 23psi but as i also own a cupra r I no that it is not giving to pull that it should, any ideas? Could it be boost...
