    Thanks for the reply, I wouldn't mind spraying it as I have sprayed bumpers on a previous car but I haven't got a machine polisher to cut off the orange peel so I was gonna try to avoid that :thumbsup:

    Wiring facelift seats in pre faclift a3

    Hi all, ive got a 1998 a3 1.8t which had the old red chequer seats, ive fitted the facelift recaro seats but have noticed the plugs are different. ive had the airbag light come on so ive tried the resistors with the 4.7ohm 2w but it doesnt seem to work. I want to cut the plugs off my old seats...
