I would report it. In my experience people don't tend to 'go after' people who have reported them. If they do they usually know them or it's a bit more involved than a normal incident. I'm not saying it doesn't happen but it wouldn't put me off reporting someone. And anyway as Zerocool has said...

Looks very nice indeed. I need to give mine a good clean and polish. I wash it in the wash bay at work but need to get some polish on it. I think mine is the same colour as yours, looks black but seems to be a really dark graphite. It's a great colour.
