    i spent ages looking for the answer and failed, im sure its been asked but will a lower bumper from pre 2001 fit a 2003 upper bumper on the front? (non S3 btw) i know they look different but will it actually fit? cheers

    can you fit the facelift bumper if you have the facelift lights? i have the facelift lights and the bumper dosent fit quite perfect around the lights

    for sidelights use white LEDs from Ultra LEDs, the problem with the ebay ones is they are designed for 12v and being used at 14v all the time kills the resistors really quickly

    not in my A3, I did in my skyline (using H7 Bulbs) and there was no problems there, also in my Mk2 i had them as a H4 bulb (so the same bulb does high and low) and that flashed fine and there was never any problems with either car they dont need to be warmed up, thats just how they work...

    G60 is the engine used in a Golf Mk2 G60 (suprisingly) and also in a g60 passat and anything else g60 powered ABF is the engine code from a Golf Mk3 16v GTI and again its used in a Passat and also some Ibiza's (anything mid 90s FWD VAG group 2.0 16v basically)

    This is actually untrue, you can flash a HID light. Even tho they do need to start up as you correctly said, when you flash your high beam there is a barely noticeable delay

    if its from a ABF then it will fit. you can use a G60 or a ABF flywheel but not a VR6 one (they have a different blt pattern)
