Fair suggestion regarding the Dension Gateway, I'll remove it this evening and try again. In terms of the cable - please excuse my igornace, I'm new to VAG ownerhsip and VCDS, it's a Hex-Can USB cable which I understood to be suitable for the 8E (B6/7) A4..? I'm not sure if it supports K-line...

Hmmm, quite intrigued by this thread. I retrofitted the front LED module at the weekend and very carefully drilled 5mm holes bang in the centre of the locations in the light cover, only to discover when fully assembled that the LEDs sit several mm offset to the rear and as such, little light...

So, a quick update... Having set the GALA on the Concert 2+ to Auto (so that the Bose cabin microphone now controls auto volume increase), I think the sound has improved, but it just be a placebo effect?! I don't know (and in fact doubt) if the Bose system has any sort of built in noise...

What surprised me most is that the panel filter clearly has been replaced because it was pretty clean. It looks as if the individual carrying out the work wasn't aware of the pre-filter in the duct - I assume that is common knowledge..?!

Nightbreaker Plus dipped beam and Philips Vision Plus (+60%) for main beam - because I had them lying around from my last car. Pretty happy so far, not significantly inferior to the Xenons I had on my B6 a few years ago.
