    Thanks for all the comments guys, Wish i'd done a bit more research before i bought my car because changing all these bushes is gonna cost me a lot of time and money! Gonna tackle the gear linkage first methinks and quickshift it etc.

    Would this still be okay for the FWD 2.4 V6?? Also would a garage charge a fortune for the changing of these? I am pretty competent mechanicaly but havn't got a lot of tools etc and i should imagine some of the bolts/old bushes will be hard to remove? :( Thanks

    Well i think it looks quite smart mate as my car is silver with silver 18" reps :) I've tried to use Autosol but it seems to have a 'Coating' over the chrome and it has discoloured under the coating so i don't think i can do anything mate anyway :(

    Thanks for that mate :) For the record i've just done another proper MPG test and got 26 :( that's pretty much all around town though so not bad! Better than the 17 i was getting in the Scooby :D I'll have to find some of those facelift lights! How little is minimal work mate?
