Well the puller didn't turn up but the motor has. I had to hacksaw the arm off and knock the last bit out of the arm in the garage but it all went fine. I fitted the motor and put all the trim back and it all works fine now. Thanks for your advice folks.

That's one solution, but I've ordered a puller off e bay. I tried getting the front arms off earlier this year but failed, they were welded on so the puller will come in handy.

Thats the one I've ordered. The panel came off fairly easy, I dread those clips, but all was fine.

My rear wiper is acting strange. It will come on at any moment by itself. And park itself anywhere on the screen. Any ideas?

Should be fine. It may alter your actual speed compared to speedo. As long as you don't alter the width you should be ok.

Sorry to jump in here but I have an a3 tdi 170 pd. Apart from the usual remap, which I have, is there any other mods I can do to get to approx 225 bhp? Cheers.
