Hello! Need some advice as I need to fix my wing mirror (electric folding and heated) which got knocked off as per the pics. It seems to only be the mount that has snapped, the wiring works fine, and glass/case is also good. How do I go about this, what part(s) do I need? Thank you

Thank you, will get it in for a scan. You don't happen to know what brand the original battery is? as if it is the original then will change it out anyway due to age.

I would say, probably the first startup of the day. Nothing showing on the DIS, no other engine noises beyond the start up crank. Thanks

Hi Tashfeen, Yes, cranks fine, just doesn't fire up.

Occasionally my a3 2.0tdi 170 automatic doesn't start up the first time, but if you put the key back to off and on, fires up ok. Doesn't happen all the time, just once in a while. Car is in regular daily use, not a cold weather issue as it is still pretty warm. Any ideas on why it may be? Thanks
