    Potentially coming back to Audi

Hi, It's been some time, 3 years to be exact with a BMW 3 series coupe which has been a brilliant and competent car in all ways except in icey and snowy weather, and I'm looking at Audi again in the form of an A5 Black 3.0 TDi Quattro Stronic. It has stiff competition from the new Range...

    A3 Sportback S-Line - Poor Ride?

We had an s-line quattro 3door 170 on demo for the weekend when we were shopping for a new one. Girlf took it for a quick blast over the yorkshire moors with me as a passenger, I had to ask her to stop the car because I felt physically sick :puke2:

What was your first ever car...?

70s T Reg Mini 850, with offcuts of carpet from my mum and dad's bedroom and an interior ripped out of a 25th aniversary mini. I loved that car, until a friend took it on a BMX track and snapped it in two :(

    cause of motorway holdups

Interesting thread this, my uncle has been a long distance HGV driver most of his life and he's about 60 now. I've had some quite long discussions with him about how Trucks seem to have a law to themselves and found myself severly put in my place. Like another poster said, HGV's often have a...

Huge off on friday night!!My S3 is dead, lucky im not.

Pretty much, yes it's always a terrible thing if someone is killed or injured badly in a RTA, but people still need to take responsibility for their actions as I agree wholeheartedly with ShineyDaves comments, appropriate speed is key to driving safely. On another note a couple of weeks back I...

Pics of our 170 S-Tronic and a couple of questions

We got our car through ALD Automotive, I think through dealer networks you can only get certain things. Black headlining is supposed to be just S-Line but we got it through ALD on our SE maybe they have the same leeway with other options? It's worth looking into on future purchases. When you...

    Embarrassed by a rover 75 (nearly)- 1.8T 190

Last weekend I had an odd experience with a Farmers VW Caddy (one of the conversions for carting liestock around with a mesh back), I was in my Alfa 147 which to tell the truth aint a slow car on a twisty bit of road as I've had it track prepared. Could I get anywhere near the back of this van...

Hi, Just joined up, we are on our second A3, previous one was a 3 Door 2004 SE 140 TDI, great car did about 80K in 2 years with no problems whatsoever (other than having to have the dash computer replaced a couple of weeks in when returning to car to find doors unlocked :D). We replaced that...

Hi I'm Sean, we have a 2007 2.0 170bhp A3 Sportback S-Tronic with black sports leather and alcantara interior, joined up to find out about tuning potential on the 170 bhp engine. From a quick look around it looks like you have a thriving community here so may be sticking around. :) See you...
