The votex kit isnt S Line, votex is just an ad on to the standard car. The front end looks good, but I think thr back end is awful. Side skirts are also quite hard to find.

Turbo swap if nothing has gone bang is a fairly easy job.
And @martinivw is right about the fly wheel. Be careful as while the dmf had a tendancy to go pop, it was due to it being the first point of failure. Strengthening it has moved the failure point somewhere else, typically the gear box...
Pretty sure bkd in the a3 doesnt suffer with the oil pump key issue. Also thought the pick up pipe issue was a tfsi thing?

Demapnding more power will increase wear, a good map will apply power smoothly and minimise the effects while a crap map will be very peaky and snappy which will increase stresses.

Remap wise, if you going stage one I'd just go generic. There is a shark dealer in manchester and countless revo dealers about(Preston has one). I ended up settling with shark but at stage one they are all very similar.
Clutch slip is clutch slip. It will slop again.
Regarding the clutch use the search feature on the forum as its been talked to death countless times.
