Hey guys, I have just finished reinstalling my gearbox and am now trying to fit the transfer case. Unfortunately it is being an absolute F*** and wont seat back in the gearbox. It gets to about 3/4 of an inch away and then seems to hit something and wont go any further. I am at wits end...

Just bumping this, guys. Still having the problem. I did find that one of my check valves was ******** but thats been replaced and still having the same problem! My coilpack loom is cracked... And planning to replace it but I dont feel like this would cause an engine REVS issue?

Yeh I have a number of times because my washer fluid pump was being a knob and then I also did the timing belt. Will have a good look at it
