Tcm for cvt box i think bud,...just seems that the gearbox is rarely the problem but the ecu controlling the box is quite often where the fault lies...transmission control module is a Good place to start

i've had probs since easter mate,new gearbox arrived yesterday from germany and is being fitted this week, it has been a total nightmare.but your problem may only be the mechatronics unit which is nowhere near the price of a box,plus it might only need the repair which again is cheaper still...
