Hybrid question

I think my turbo may be on it's way out as I have a little oil in the intercooler pipes, now my question is, if I send it off & get CR to Hybrid it & get a stage 1 remap on the car, will the engine be able to handle it or do I need supporting mods as well ?
Car is a 99 S3.

Supporting mods needed mate. Quite a few in fact.

Hardware:

Most likely need larger injectors. 3" downpipe and sports/decat. Front Mount. Uprated diverter valve.

Software:

Stage 3 map.
