I have recently ordered my car with the 18inch RS6 style alloys, however i am reading alot on here that they only look good in 19 do you think it will be worth selling them when the car arrives and buying some 19inch reps ? what is the best size to go with performance wise ?

what do you guys think of the below either on brilliant black or ibis white

If you're after performance, then the smaller the wheel, the better the acceleration

However, can't beat a set of 19's :thumbsup:
 
Those in the link would look good on either colour but great on Ibis.

The 18s are supposed to be a better ride but 19s do look better if the cars lowered too! All personal choice.

Not sure i'd want to sell originals for reps though!

I may just stick with the 18 RS6s then and get them powder coated in black for my Brilliant Black A3 and go with the others on my partners ibis white A3 + do you think they would look better in a gloss finish ?
 
Gloss it is then - any wheels you would recommend (18or19) im going for the stealth look so black on black everything...
 
For the wheels im open to anything that looks good... :thumbsup:
 
I will most likely not stay OEM + sarah in turn i love those wheels also :wub:

haha im only teasing cause im not 100% sure the wheels will be done by tomorrow for pics, ill pop round anyway, they guy does a top job like but his dates are unreliable as i can be :laugh: ill give you another hint youll find a similar colour on bmw bodywork
 
it would be the newer ones - i will decide when the car arrives i think - if i do decide to keep them i will most likely powder coat them black and drop my car by around 40mm as i think the above wheels in the link provided will rub if i drop my car by 40mm
 
Wow If they are the newer RS6's Id keep them! They are the ones I'm after when I can afford them! 18s or 19s!

i might trial them but im looking in the bbs family or rocco 19's for my summer wheels, i really liek the idea of rocco's for now, all winter to spend money im supposed to be saving for a house!
 
well i will get them powder coated black then.. see how they look once dropped and go from there, thanks for all of the advice :)

Cheeky! Ive had it in my sig for ages that im wanting new RS6s lol! Roccos are sweet!

Scotties got a long long wait haahaa! He's got a house to decorate first!!!
