Having a little playbwith the car tonight as my AH Fab cooler comes tomorrow,so thought I'd see what kinda temps I was getting so I have a before and after type thing.. I'm using my liqud S3 gauge for all the figures,so now I have my 3" down pipe on, thought I'd try bhp/torque too.. Car is maped (stage 1), and I saw 263 bhp which I was VERY please with, BUT was only seing 230ft lbs of torque??? What's standard torque, and what's an average stage 1 maped cars torque???

Can't wait to get the cooler on tomorrw, then get it down to John to have a stage 2 on it Saturday!!!!

Bit would like to know bout the bhp/torque, as I feel it's rather low for what it is???

Sorry about the spelling, but I'm writing this on my iPhone, and my thumbs are CRAP!!!!

Pete...

Standard torque is either 200 or 207 depending on whether you have the 210 or 225 model. Normally mapped to about 250-260lb/ft of torque.

Having said that, I'm guessing you have a revo map n their stage 1 gives slightly less power than a stage 1 from celtictuning so that figure you got prbably isn't far off.

The map was from John at DNA.. And he will be doing the stage 2 Saturday too.. Just wonderd out of interest that's all.. Cheers for your replys...

Pete..:o.k:

I see about 240bhp and 285lbs using liquid. I think my maf is tired though. Thats Revo Stage 1, max boost and advanced timing.

well we all know by now that 270 is't possible from a stage one ?

Oh but it is.
Stage 1 from celtictuning is different from a stage 1 from revo or amd.

Celtictuning all the way!
