some of my shoots

im looking for a cheap wedding photographer.

are you willing to do a fellow audi member a good deal????

very nice pictures too.

cheers Dazmo! i do try lol! im still new to the whole wedding shoots, got a wedding in june 10 pretty nervous about this one! its a massive wedding!

:scared2:

No worries mate, i used to be a photographer for a newspaper and some of the things i used to turn up to take pics of you wouldnt believe, just be confident whether you know what your doing or not.

Show no fear, even if you have no idea lol.

One point when shooting weddings, have a good look in viewfinder, especially with background/ foreground distractions. Look at that nice full length pic of bride in archway, nicely done except for the bush in front of brides dress. Remember people spend £100s if not £1000s on their outfits so they would like to show them off in the photos. Good luck and keep at it.

great looking work..one thing i'd mention is be mindful of overusing Vignette...even just using it a little, will still draw the person's eye to the centre of the pic. Best advice i was given for wedding photography - always think about the album. ie. make sure you take photos that will work with the album :)

Keep up the great work :)

Your landscape shoots are awesome think you have an-eye for it
Did you take the photo “looking back” or was it on timer? Nice pic

Only one thing id say if you want to hear it …don’t over do the filter photos for a wedding album, filters are there to make it look “different” so more then two takes and you missed the point

cheers guys and galls!

@ spooky1 yeah i took the photo of ''looking back'' thats my day in the photo. i didnt plan for that shot, he was walking infront of me and i looked threw the viewfinder to set my exposure and it looked like a good shot so i snapped it up! its now up on my sisters living room wall as a big 20x30 framed photograph i did for her for xmas! shes daddys girl! hahah:happy:

o and cheers for the heads up guys about the filters and the vignette, i used to use it ALOT but ive cut back lol. while we are on the topic. is there any good websites or what have you, to sell framed landscapes on?

cheers again

what do you mean Sell framed landscapes?...do you want to sell your work to someone and they'll post it and provide you royalties? Or you just want to be able have people purchase your work?

If it's the latter there is smugmug.com where you can create a portfolio website and people can purchase prints from it, ie. its pre-built with ecommerce functionality. Although i don't believe you can purchase frames.
Smugmug does charge and annual fee for their service.
There is also Redbubble who have something similiar but it's free - not quite sure who they use for their printing service though.

Pics are looking good. Would be interested to see some shots from the next wedding you do.

Give Photium a look for your website. Their websites are cheap to run, easy to set up and have loads of useful options including all your e-commerce functions that are linked through Paypal and work really easily. Check out my website below for an example. I've been using them for about a year or so and it suits what I need.

noticed you're shooting with Canon?...my fav lens for weddings is L 24-70mm f/2.8 ...beautiful crisp lens, with great bokeh. A few others that i use for weddings but that is the one i use as my walk-around lens for weddings. Very versatile :)
