215's might eliminate the rub but you are looking at a whole host of other issues. ie.: blowouts and handling issues if you push your car.

I am running Marangoni Mythos at 225/35 and they rub on H&R springs with FSD's... had 4 ppl in the car and I even rubbed under acceleration if I tried pushing it a little bit. Have you tried to remove the screw holding the bumper to the fender? That seems to help a little bit sometimes...
Personally I don't think the look to big. I love the look of my 19's, I just hate the rubbing and performance loss. Mine are about 50lb with the
rubber on and it is a significant power drain.
