Very nice. Won't be easy to keep clean though...
 
Can't wait to see you taking it for a spin at ADI..... it'll be fun watching it up against the R8's, RS6's other S3's and GTIs... still watching your youtube vids from last year!

Well Milltek Cat bypass non res system ordered in prep for receipt of the car. Tried to twist their arm for a slightly louder bespoke system but was assured, when the DP and sport CAT is released it will free up some more noise.
ARB's I'm waiting for a price one.
Lowering i'm still to decide on...

Can't wait ;)

Only kidding, as you well know Like yourself i have been waiting for the RS3 you gave up and so have I. I've bought a diesel though and you the awesome 2.5 litre 5 pot, I am a bit jealous, the noise will be awesome matey. Enjoy.

hahaha, yeah, I know, can't say I love the TT 'image' if you know what I mean, but I'll tell you what, this is a really mighty little car. It's no Porsche, but it isn't a million miles behind. The engine is a gem, it really is.

I wouldn't quite put the RS in the same bracket as the other TT's, it is a proper car. I have had a little peep at one myself to be honest but it just aint practical for me. Your soooo right about the engine though, it is a little gem.

But someone on this thread has said "hairdressers car", whether its a TDI, S-Line, 3.2, TT-S or TT-RS, its still a TT Mark, and some1 out there will always jibe with the "hairdresser's" car line...

Of course they will, good old fashioned banter. Not so sure I would class the RS TT as a hairdressers car, but you are right. I'm getting loads of hairdresser comments about my 123d at the moment in work etc.

There's no way this is a hairdresser's car... how did that accusation ever come about? For sure I got a lot of that when I had an MGTF...but that was to be expected!

I wouldn't trust my hairdresser with 340bhp. (and let's face it Jamie will probably be straight down to the tuner's)

The thing is though, It doesn't really matter what others think, If Jamie's happy thats all that matters. I for one, am made up for the lad and I am sure many others including yourself share my sentiments as it will be a fantastic car.

as for the hairdressers car i genuinely belive the facelift took a large step away from that image as did the rs hope you enjoy it and ill see it at inters if i get my car ready by then

Hey Jamie, TTRS in hand now mate? If so any chance of some logs of you for your high beam assist which I think is module 20 in VCDS, may not even show anything yet if RT havnt updated label files, but worth a try please.

Also any chance you could twist your rear view mirror of, comes of very easily & refixes easily too, just want to see how many wires the car plug is supplying to the 8pin mirror socket mate please.
