My s3 hasn't steering wheel controls.I have flat bottom steering wheel. Can I fit audio controls without change steering wheel?

Only way would be buy a wheel with controls, and sell your old one.

I'm sure you will find a buyer for your old wheel.

You will be able to reuse your airbag, so you need just the wheel.
