Just wondering if any of you have used, kept using and rate "Victoria Wax" products.

Thanks

They would not be my first choice, but from previous experience they were just fine.

What are you looking to either achieve or buy, products wise?

Always used Autoglym but as you come across new things on one's travels you wonder if there's something better out there. Never been a geek when it comes to waxes etc, always used the autiglym range since a load of it came free with a car many years ago. So, I'd appreciate knowing the best range of stuff out there - if I'm not using it already? I use Wheel Wax on my alloys though.

Cheers

Maestro....Not Faz's old MTM S3 is it?

Back on topic. I rate them highly. Look over on detailingworld.co.uk for some more advice on LSP's. If it's a special car which one would hope being MTM'd then I'd use a better product range than that of the AG one. AG = Cheap n nasty IMO.

Ah, OK. Fair enough!

Wax wise, there are 100's. That doesn't help! Personally, Natty's, Zymol and Swissvax products are my favourites. Sometime use P21s (now known as R222).

Wheels wise, Poorboys Wheel Sealent is my poison of choice.

edit: Oh and don't trust the man above me ;)

LMAO.....why you been googlising me???

I've been told you like using sand paper discs on rotary polishers ;) (only messing).

Ok, cheers guys. And no, no-one's old S3, 3 weeks brand new and had it checked in for MTM'ing 1 hour after leaving the showroom - those factory alloys looked crap and the standard exhaust sounded like a kitten's fart. Anyway ... thanks but keep your opinions coming.

JD...wouldn't that be called wet sanding? ;)

You'd get a much better finish on your paint if you used wet sanding method and then pad method! :p

I was suggesting this actually;

I have never heard of victoria wax. then again, i'm pretty new to this stuff. how does it compare to others? I am still trying to decide on a LSP. leaning more towards synthetic sealents though.

If you're leaning towards sealents, try Chem Guys Blitz. Epic stuff, love it. Finish Kare is apparently also very good but have done no long term tests . . . yet.

I know JD09 doesn't agree but the majority of people on here, including myself, highly rate the werkstat acrylic kit. If you search through previous post you can see some results.

Yep, my recent research has me reaching out for that Werkstat stuff. I'll let you know how it goes.
