New Wheels (pics)

Cant make my mind up if the new style RS4 wheels suit the 8L S3 or not, i like the black backs with the silver face and they defo do a goood job of showing off the brakes mate. Where did you get the LED rear light from?
 
I'm liking these,as Steve says they whore big brakes which is nice
 
They look good but I am a bit biased :)

dude, its your car. add what you like, sod the ASN snobbery rule book. i had RS4s on my a4. :)

True, if we all liked the same thing it would be very boring, if im honest i would have had the bbs lms, but cant justify the price....these were cheap and new so if they last a year or so im happy..:icon_thumright:

could not agree more. i like pretty things, and things that are not O/E, i like things that hiss pop and bang, if that makes me a chav on here then.... im a chav!! I like to call it individuality tbh! What size were ya old rims.... you still got em?

i hardly use this forum anymore tbh due to the way people are so set in there ways and not open to peoples new ideas unless your doing a turbo conversion etc...
i was dissapointed with the rims tbh was expecting to see something different for a change. sorry if my opinion is'nt positive but its your car and as long as you like it (for op), i like it just similar to loads on here.
i get loads of mixed response to my car when post pics but im not into oem cars if i were i would'nt use a car forum id just clean it to keep it nice :icon_thumright:

It's all about personal opinion though isn't it? If you are prepared to post a pic up of you car and ask for an opinion, then you should also be ready to be flamed if people don't like what they see.

Not having a go at you mind Kev, I like what you have done to your S3, but if others don't, just ignore them, no need to avoid a forum from a bit of negativity, it should all be friendly banta.

not avoiding it from negative coments (i like them means people wont copy me:icon_thumright:) i come on here nearly every day just post less as there always seems to be similar threads which i have little intrest, be nice for people to post up little readers ride threads etc.. show of there new style etc not all susspension and engine stuff
the forum in general is great just my mind set has changed a little since being on here :respekt:

no worries mate...i know what you are getting at, i like to be different, but these were fairly cheap so ****** it
 
awesome stuff they look great, but then again i would say that because i have the exact same rims, polished with black inserts defiantly looks better than the standard rs4's silver.

also there must be a reason why rs4 style is common, something is only popular if its good.

also i have LED tailights just not the same ones you do.
