New to the club, Sepang Blue Black Edition on way

Hello All

I am soon to become a fully fledged member(Go easy on me if i ask any daft questions), earlier in the week I spotted a car and after a bit of negotiating I sorted out a deal for it over the phone.
Off tomorrow to test drive it with a view to collect it later next week.

Car is a 2009 A3 2.0l TDI Black edition in Sepang Blue

It has a mobile phone prep kit in the armrest.
I have an iPhone, do i need to get the AMI kit to be able to listen to music via my phone or should i just put a cable from AUX lead into armrest?

Although the deal is pretty much done, is there any bits i should try and push the dealer for as part of the deal. I have read about the mudflaps, are these standard on the Black Edition?

That looks class. Does anybody know if you can get a new Black Edition/S Line in the Sepang blue? I'm just about ready to order a Black Edition, but i'm stuck on the colour. If I could get this one, my choice would be very easy! May even go for the S-line if it came in this colour.

Harrogate Audi had that car on sale like 2-3 weeks ago ... I had a look at that car when it was still driven by its previous owner (dealer arranged the viewing) .. didnt fancy it as im not a big fan of part exchanged cars .. nice color though.

Any particular reason you dislike part ex cars.
I asked about previous owner and apparently the guy is local to the garage and had bought a new car every 6-9 months for the last few years and keeps them mint. Which after having a look you cannot deny

No reason mate .. Got into a habbit of buying a demo or a new car as i dont like extra miles on the clock .. been doing that for last couple of years .. Plus when i changed my car recently the whole idea or reason was to change to my10 with less mileage on the clock ... Yes you are right the guy who previously owned this car before kept it proper mint .. I considered buying that car but i got better deal .. i paid almost the same price as you did for a demo car from milton keynes with 1200 miles on clock in phantom black with few extras .. On a serious note that is an ace car.. Enjoy it.

Probably not if I am honest, maybe a few minor cosmetics but nothing serious as a dad of 2, I have had my days of spending money on cars.

TBH at the min mods are not part of my plans. With the kids etc my days of spending serious money on mods are on hold as much as I would love to do a lot to it.
