Headlight tints ?? What are they like??

Lamin x for me when i get some spare coin, definately looks good on the cars i have seen

Tinted headlights, what next brake pads with no friction surface so you can go faster?

And silicone polish for the tread of your tyres to make them look shiny!

(Although I understand that if you paint your tyre treads with engine oil, it soaks in well and keeps them looking very shiny for much longer...)

BTW - I've taken my brake pads out because they were making my wheels look dirty with dust..... Since I've taken them out, my wheels have stayed very clean.

What happen at MOT time with the headlight tints? Has anyone been pulled for having them fitted?

On motorbikes you can buy the smoke protectors but you get pulled if using them at night and sometimes during the day if using your lights

I find it rather interesting that over the course of the last couple of years there have been many threads about Lamin-X, starting with this one, and from what I remember not one single person has asked about MOT tests or made sarcastic comments. As soon as one person pipes up then others do too.

I haven't got a problem with what's been said BTW, I just think it proves that people sometimes need a little prod before they'll say something that goes against the trend.

Either way, so far I haven't heard of anyone being pulled for them (not that it's surprising) and the light output from the main beam isn't noticeably different so it's a good style mod that can make a car look damn hot:

I wasn't being sarcastic i was wondering if anyone had any problems same as when they get stopped with window tints

I'm thinking of getting my lights done as my Focus ST2 had the later dark headlights and looked a lot better than the early ones with clear
