picking up my RS4 brake setup tomorrow so my brakes should be up for sale soon. not yet though as not fitting till i refurb them and after GTI spring fest. jus letting you lads know if you want an upgrade for your B5 A4's then i have the brakes for you!

picked up these this morning, £200.

i will be refurbing the pistons with a good clean and new seals and putting braided lines.

all i need is pads now so any suggestions? Mintex, Pagid or ferrodo. not sure on the red stuff EBC

Yeah right bargain! I would go for Ferodo DS-2500's. Awesome pads. But as usual, because of the performance they are pricey (but IMO worth it!).

You love the power of these brakes man once you fit them :) I get my rs4 brakes front and rear for £350 but they were fully refurb :)

Is the rs4 brake bigger than the s4 brake and will they fit under the Avius 17"

I've got some part worn DS2500 rear RS4 pads if you want them. Still got quite a bit of meat on them and they are in good condition.

I've 'downgraded' to B6 S4 rears because of the ludicrous price of replacement RS4 rear discs (£450!).

i might take those off you if he doesn't want them.
for B5 rear calipers are they?

got these this morning, going to be fitting on the weekend once i get DOT 5.1 fluid, this setup should give me a substantial upgrade over my standard S4 brakes which i think lack stopping power.

Nez, DOT 4 will be sufficient don't worry.

I would say those hoses are axle to caliper for the rear, other wise they are far too long for any of the other applications i can think of

hoses are not that long. about 12 inches probably, same lenght as the OE RS4 hoses
