So who do you reckon will finish in the last Champion's League spot... aka fourth!

Liverpool, Aston Villa, Man City or Spurs??

All other teams I am assuming will finish either higher or lower than fourth.

Remaining games are:

I reckon Liverpool will take at 25 points from remaining games, Villa will take 23, Man City 20, and Spurs 18.


So final standings:

4th Liverpool 70 pts
5th Aston Villa 68 pts
6th Man City 66 pts
7th Spurs 64 pts
 
I'd personally like to see Villa or Spurs take 4th spot, but more than likely, it will be Man City or Liverpool. There's something satisfying seeing Liverpool fail under Rafa though, and at the same time, I can't stand Man City buying into 4th place... even though I know Chelski did pretty much the same thing, I don't think Man City is a recognised 4th place finisher in the Prem.
 
I know what you're saying, problem is......... if Spurs or Villa do make it to the Champs League they'll get nowhere, probably not even qualifying for the group stages. Same thing happened when Everton finished 4th for a few seasons ago.
Man City might do a bit better if they make it, but still won't get very far.

So I think a Champions League spot would be wasted on all of them, apart from Liverpool.

And for that reason alone (and maybe a little bit because I'm a Reds supporter :)) I hope Liverpool finish fourth.

I can't see past the dippers myself - Though Citeh do have a sniff; they'd be the only guys that could compete in the Champions League with the money.
What's the betting the mug from Inter ends up their next year - Another club to spend a fortune with, just like he did at Porto, Chavs and now Inter :no: Lets see if he could do it without money eh!

But seriously, we know there's going to be a few more twist and turns for this season, I've never seen anything like it, every team can beat each other!

HOWEVER...... if we do then we'll batter Fulham in the next game, once again making it.....

Spuds and Citeh to draw against Arsenal - No chance - We'll smash Citeh at home, and as for the bin-lids; we always beat them - it's a gimmy....:yes:

Hope you finish 4th, don't want the bin-lids 4th or Citeh! Villa would get smashed in the Champions League!
