How many parking spaces audisport got? isit too late for me to put my name down?
 
we have the 60 Faz, 2 left. add yourself if you wish to go. Will be nice to see the new bus

Have done mate..Could you PM me if there are any other people who drop out, have got a couple of mates who want to attend also.
 
I will do, how short notice they able to come. I mean they can still attend the show, but have to park with the "peasents" LOL

Then any no shows can be replaced with your friends etc.

I am going to PM everyone shortly with details and confirmation as i know for certain some guys on the list have had more car problems recently, and i am not sure how that may affect their attendence.

Right.. Realy looking forward to this. Sorry if this question has been asked before..
I have never been to the 'Pod' before. Am i right in saying it is £10.00 on the gate for entry? Then will we be shown what way to go to the club stand? And then if we want to go on the strip then £25.00 will sort this?
If i was to go on the show and shine (free entry I believe) do I have to go to a differnet area?

thats about right matey. Once in, you will either be shown to the stand or give us a buzz and we can explain where we are. You can either then go and see if the show and shine is for you and park there, or pay your cash and have a blast down the strip. If it's more likely you are to show and shine her, can i ask you let us know ASAP as spaces are a premium as you can see. Thanks
 
It is £15.00 per person entry for the full day and under 13s go for free.

It is £20 to run your car as many times as you can fit in throughout the day.
 
Owwwww i wanna come. Cant park with you lot though because ive only got a fiesta :( Lol and theres no more spaces! I'll try and convince rav to come too! Would be great to meet everybody!!
 
I dont think my car will be finished at Bills in time which is a shame. Gives me time to get the car finished though:icon_thumright:
 
we could have done with another ten spaces for asn by the sounds of it, this is going to be mahoosive!!

purple princess - getting everyone in in one big convoy would be awesome but nigh on impossible, 60+ cars all trying to get through the four or five gates at once with about a million other vag cars trying to get in too, nightmare lol

I highly recommend we somehow get confirmation from all attendees, from past experience, I doubt all 60 cars will turn up, but if they did, it would be amazing!
 
Yeah that's the plan. I'd imagine a PM to all on the list asking for confirmation would work best. If we aim to do this early next week then we can amend the list/numbers accordingly.

We also need to sort out an info sheet for each car as used at Audis In The Park as that was a nice touch IMO.

Hi i have never been up there but i would not mind bringing my audi a3 let us no if there is any body going from the clacton-colchester way essex i am up for this,let us no if i can come cheers guys
 
So i need to buy my ticket from the site, and they'll then direct me to our stand i take it?

Should be a good one!!

Anyone going or passing through Surrey?

audia3turbo look through the posts at the location of members and if you want post in the thread for the convoys asking ,smudge don the same as above but you pay on the door and just tell the stewards and they'll direct you to the stand.
 
No I am definately up for parking in the Audi Sport stand. and Not the show and shine.
But if i go for a couple of runs on the strip, when i come back will i still have a place on the club stand?

If your name is on the list then you'll have a parking space. When you go to run the 1/4 mile and return to the club stand you may not have a space in the same position as when you left but you will still have a space.

As long as we all park sensibly then there will be enough spaces for all on the list.

Room for another? or am i too late!? gunna leave from tesco (m42-shirley junct) Solihull with piers90 and others. Anyone know if there is room for anymore? or if all the people on the list are all actually coming?

What time are you metting up bud? There's a few 8L A3/S3 boys meeting up outside Nottcuts(next to Tescos) carpark, we are aiming for 0715 meet, probably set off on or before 0730?
