Just looking for a bit of help on the faults that i've logged, here's the logged faults;

A few faults i have noticed are A/C stuck on ECo ( needs gassing i think ) OneClick up/down didn't always work ( is working correctly now) . My ipod connected to my denison300 has decided to start skipping when driving on rough roads.

Any help is much appreciated .

The best thing to do is check the codes on the RossTech wiki site for possible solutions.

Good luck and let us know how you get on. Interesting the coding for your aircon
unit is all 00000
 
Clear all DTC's and see what pop's again - saves on a wild goose chase and narrows faults down to what's happening now!

Some of these errors look like items have been removed and, car ignition was switched on, hence some of the" no" communication errors.
Coding for A/C set to 00000 is fine.

The fault in the pressure sensor on the condenser would explain why the econ light is on. This can be changed with no loss of refrigerant so I've read on here.
 
So I checked through the Ross Wiki, I am a little confused about the air con problem, is it the switch ( is this behind the nearside headlight ? ) or is it low pressure ( needs gassing ) . As for the single wire operation , can anyone explain this to me in further detail, is it a problem or bad coding of some part ( I am running Canadian cluster for DRL's ) . And to the last problems.. the CCM, this appears to be working now , will log faults next week ( the last log has been from the last month ) , i will lift the carpets and check the ccm for corrosion as i think this may be the problem... intermittent connection.

Thanks , that was the post i was looking for, however mine has short to plus, this is short to ground , does it matter ?
 
Gaurnteed once you change the sensor all will be ok, £38+vat from tps, simply unscrew with a 17mm spanner,screw new one in, job done all this can be done with no loss of gas, i did mine last week.

Now you've made me get the circuits out to check the sensor connections!

G65 sensor has three wires,
Pin 1: 0v (Chassis) [brown/white]
Pin 2: Signal to A/C Control Head unit [brown/blue]
Pin 3: +12v [grey/red]

As I recall from the workshop manuals, the Pin 2 signal back to the A/C control unit is a pulse width modulated (digital) signal depending on the pressure sensed.
So the detected fault states can be continuously grounded to 0v (short to ground), or continuously tied up to 12v (Short to plus).
Any of these fault states could be a duff sensor.
