White sidelight bulbs

I've just fitted a pair of extreme white headlight bulbs and the standard sidelights now look terrible, which sidelight bulbs can i replace them with (must be white not blue) as some aren't compatable are they?

Well got the car back today so fitted the bulbs - switched them on and they were blue(ish) for 2 seconds before going out? took them out, refitted and they stayed on for another 2 seconds

Don't bother with them they're crap

That's that places feedback done in then. Notice they're only at 59. Ebay can be good but then at times.....CRAP

Probably nothing wrong with the bulbs - when the computer recognises there is insufficient current being drawn (by the led's) it thinks a normal bulb has blown and switches the circuit off. The bulbs must draw approx 300m/a to fool the computer. Anything less and it switches off. A ballast resistor will sort it but it will have to be a 5 watt type which makes it a bit bulky !

The bulb glass is blue but when switched on the light is white. No blue hint at all.

I have been thinking about getting the extreme headlights and the sidelights you mentioned, have you got a pic of these on your car?

That will be :icon_thumright: Unless of course they are ebay fakes!!!!!

PS: If you had bought your white main dipped bulbs from powerbulbs you would've got the side light bulbs thrown in for free. Do it next time maybe.
