tbh i think what comes standard with the BE is good enough.

All I added was the light, de-badge, non smokers.

I didnt see any point in the comfort back - wouldnt use any of the features. I would have loved key-less entry and start but not an option. Full leather seats annoy me - hot and cold and not as comfy as the half leather. I was going to get the full ipod setup but after reading users comments I didnt bother - I will replace the head unit.

Mods that will be carried out asap:
spray and break callipers 'red' and put the sline badge on them
sline tax disk holder
black front and rear audi badges
picked up a lead for the iPhone until I replace the headunit.

Future mods
maybe some BBS rims - although the BE rims look the nuts in the flesh IMHO
headunit
 
I know what you mean, all I went for is auto lights/wipers, interior light pack, phone prep(low) and de-badge. I dont see the point of parking aid on a small car.
 
audi upgrades
Mine fell well below the co car lease allowance so I ended up adding stuff just to make the most of my allowance. I dare say I'd have left a few options off if the money had been coming out of my pocket..
 
I wanted dsg but couldnt squeeze it in my budget, but I'm still a happy man!!
 
I have a new BE 1.8tfsi s/tronic brilliant red , opensky sunroof on order late may delivery , the brochure says 149 g /km emissions which is £125 , the dvla site says 154k/gm which is £175 this year wonder if mine will have a single exhaust and drop down to 149 as in brochure and on the audi website , asked my dealer and still waiting for a reply
 
Im still waiting for a delivery date, the lease company are sooo slow :sadlike:
 
The lease company are waiting for all the quotes to come in, then eventually they'll order it.....
 
yep, I should imagine it will be some time in May........ hopefully
 
Which lease company is it? My worry is you can order with the lease company, but how long do they sit on it before ordering with Audi?
 
not totally sure as its done throught our car fleet dept
 
What time are you picking your new car up? If you've got the single exhaust it would be nice to see a close up of it....... i have an exhaust fetish:ohmy:

Had reply from dealer at last . I was right they were wrong :nyah: it is 149g/km so my roadtax is £125 . :)
 
I picked up the Black Edition this afternoon.

One word: LOVE.

This car is awesome. The Ibis White and Anthracite alloys site together in harmony.

The 140 power train is smooth, quiet and when pushed is no sloth.

On leaving the Audi showroom we instantly had a 'boy racer' car along side. Its occupancy glared at the Iibis beast only to then give a nod of respect; this car does demand it by the drooling bucket loads. I love it.

The Bose system packs one hell of a punch. Turn the bass up and you will feel like you have been winded. Ive had a competition Rockford Fosgate system in the past.. the Bose wipes the floor with it.

Double pipe, double pipe... what double pipe?

Good to see you over on here deano, glad you like the car not sure whether to get another a3 but this time a new one be version soon or a used A4 cab.

I didn't get a chance to drive the diesel but i hear its very impressive too. I'm finding the petrol fairly economical so far.

You'll find it gets a bit of attention in the high street, especially with those LEDs on. Car is a real head turner

nowt wrong with the single pipe, I like it I like it alot. I bet you've been getting loads of admiring looks.:hubbahubba:
