Hi guys, sorry this is really random,

but I work in a garage and my sister-in-law has just bought a smart roadster. She bought it in for a full service. I never really liked it. Anyway, it was rediculous to work on! HORRIBLE!!! has 6 plugs, 3 of which are lodged behind the turbo! to the point... I took it on test drive and good god!!! I still can not get this rediculous grin off my face! What a fun fun little car!!! It sounds awesome, with the turbo and lil 3 cyl. and handles like a slot car! Just wow!!!:jump:

Almost tempted to chop the audi in for one!!! maybe a little girly for me though.... but wow! lol

Just wondered if anyone else has one, or ever experienced one really!

Cheers

Sam

My Dad's 56 and has a MX5... Though he does live in the South of France where it's nice and hot - Unlike blighty...

OMG it handles like nothing i've ever driven - My mate had a KA :sign_ot: and that was a hoot to drive also.

That's fair enough, what year is it? My mum has a 2000 (W) and i havent really driven that yet. Must be a nice lil car down in south france!

I have been in a Ka, they do seem like little go-karts. lol!

Who was the fella on here who bought one, he's not been on for ages, names escapes me right now ......

Very nice little car! I've never driven one but I like it very much.
I wouldn't buy one though because I risk being run over by a stupid driver with a SUV or so. Bucharest is full of idiots with big cars which think that are above rules. Don't bother to use turn lights, don't bother to check in the mirrors if there is someone beside...

LOL! I recommend you do drive one if you can!!

Very true, it is a bit too small to be honest. Also, that almost sounds like some of the old biddies living around here!!! XD

Think it's the last of the older shape (about 5/6 years old) - Nice little car though - As for the KA, it made me drive like i'd knicked it!

When i bought my A3, i thought about getting a Racing Puma, but due to the fun i had in the KA i thought better of it...

I was just delving deep into the archives at the back of my swede trying to remember the same thing - it wasn't working so I asked my good lady, who instantly responded "Silver75". Yeah he bought one and loved it to bits too eh. That makes Clarkson, Silver75 and sam4191 poofs now. Who's next? ;)

...Seriousy though, apparently they are an absolutely awesome little motor, and very much a proper driver's car - and yeah, Clarkson was full of praise (eventually) when he reviewed it on Top Gear

Regards,

Rob.
