A few have asked for pics of these and I know some of you told me to stay away from polished wheels (with good reason) but I couldn't resist when I compared the two together in the showroom....guess I'll pay for my mistake later lol

Here's whats on the car and prices I paid in case its of any help:
Caractere Rear Spoiler - £240 part/spray/fitting
Votex Sideskirts - £230 part/spray/fitting
ABT Front Skirt - £200 part/spray/fitting
Rear side window tints (Medium) £cant remember!
18" Black RS4's with Falken FK452's - £600

I know the OEM elitists here will shudder at that list ; ) but I wanted the car to be different to other A3's, different but not to a point where it doesn't look good, personally I think it looks alright :) I've always preferred the 'chunky' look of the A3.

Will take some better pics in daylight once I've put the rear skirt on and the lamin-x.

sorry mate but not feeling that one bit.
Caractere Rear Spoiler - £240 part/spray/fitting (could have got oem s-line spoiler cheper and looks better)
Votex Sideskirts - £230 part/spray/fitting ( could have got s3 skirts for 300)
ABT Front Skirt - £200 part/spray/fitting (big no no, should have just changed to s-line bumper)

Thats just my opinion, if you like am happy for u :icon_thumright:

We're in the same boat :ninja:

Me too, I am all with being different but this looks a bit to boy racer for me personally.

If your happy with it though thats all that matters.

you should have tried to get hold of an s-line front bumper on the cheap, looks loads better then the ABT spoiler- bit too chavvy.
Also the votex rear valance would have been a good buy.

Cheers for the response guys, was expecting it tbh ; )

I thought about the S-line but I don't know, for some reason it didn't do it for me.

Looks like a good job.

Not my cuppa tea, but respect to you for doing it.

Actually may be a bit too harsh there, was just opinion though...does look a bit better now, but don't think as good as the s-line front does.

it may not be to everyones taste but its yours and your happy with it so enjoy
i like it but i wanna put green wheels on mine

Thumbs up for posting your pics and accepting the opinions of others. I'm with the masses I'm affraid old chum and prefer OEM.

But if you like it that's the main thing, after all, you're the owner and have to drive it. Suspension next then...

Personally don't see anything wrong with it. Yes i might not do what you have done either, but still think its a nice car

I agree with the post above, I don't see any big drama's over changes you have made. Everyone has different ideas and visions for their car's, that's what makes these Forum's interesting. Be pretty damn boring if it was all uniform.
Good on you. Hope you have many happy miles behind the wheel:icon_thumright:

I have a personal beef with that front spoiler, looks like it was designed for a completely different car! Dont mind the sides or back though, quite tidy!

Not a fan of the polished wheels, give it a few months and they will need refurbishing.

lmfao thats funny, lmfao.

But I also have to say the front lip looks awful mate, doesnt help the car whatsoever, IMHO, always think the S3 kit is the only one that suits the 8P 100%, rest IMHO are waste of time.

HAA HA, through those he sees a tastefully modified Sportback S3

to be honest... from just reading the mod list without looking at the pics i had a bit of a cringe... but i scrolled down a little and to my surprise the 3 pics you have posted it doesnt look that bad, i mean i have seen so much worse in sense of boy racer kits.

i would say finish off the rear end the way you want it and then lower it a bit as it does look a little funny at that ride height with that chunky-ness going on

I cringed at the parts list, too - but I kinda like the outcome: It's blocky and aggressive, but not "OMG BODYKIT"

I'm not sure I'd drive it myself, but I wouldn't call it boy racer. Perhaps slightly over-done for my taste, but it sorta works.
