Need advice for digital TV upgrade for Audi Navigation Plus RNSE with TV/Text in A3

Hi,
Am after some help and advice please! I have a 2004 A3 with the Audi Navigation Plus with TV/Text but sadly its an analogue receiver. Having spoken to Audi today, after promising them my car does indeed have TV!!!, they said they didn't have or could not upgrade to digital!
Does anyone know how I can get a digital reciever for this please as it only works in certain areas, my area being digital now so if I'm lucky I may get sound!!!
Any advice welcome, so thanks in advance

Yeh, I looked at this. I'd also need the video in motion doing too! Gets quite dear though! Will ring them cos they may also be able to sort it so I can play dvds in it too as at the moment it wont! It only has read only memory. Thanks for the info, will defo look into it.

The rns-e can read DVDs ok, but annoyingly you cant watch DVDs on it unless you use an VGA adaptor (same one as your TV uses) & DVD/ipod.
