Alloys back from refurb and paint what do you think?

Right then alloys came back yesterday, fitted them about half hour ago.
First off a bit of fun.......Fit Mr Sparkys T4 van alloys to my A3 18" 8.5J 35ET

Now the RS6's in anthracite. Let me know what you think

Got spacers on the way to push them out the arches a bit 10mm front 12mm rear.

Well done, the offset was all wrong with the wrong tyres on your old wheels. Lepsons are ace, new rims looks great

TBH mate I would show a pic of fully sideways of the car to get honest reviews, as those pics dont do it justice at all, I'm a firm believer in RS6 wheels on 8P's, love them, but please show a distance pic from the side so can see both wheels in view.

Yes was pretty much a unanimous decision that Lepsons was the place to go, and I defiantly agree.

As for pictures only had my phone camera so anything from distance was blurry, will get better picture up tomorrow

The first pictures were the wheels my brother has on his T4. He was trying to get me to swap the RS6's for them
Obviously i said NO, but we fitted them just out of curiosity, see what they would look like.
Originally just had the standard sport alloys on my A3.

Just my tuppence worth but I'm a big fan of contrast so whilst gunmetal grey wheels look good, they tend to look better on a lighter car eg ( white, light blue etc). A nvay blue car looks bettter in my opinion with silver alloys.

That actually was my thoughts aswell mate, but I wanted to delay my judgement until seen from a better angle tbh as those pics arent doing much for the wheels, although I do like the colour, I do however like the contrast of the silver RS6 wheels on darker cars, certainly looks the best which is why I may go back to RS6 cause for me they really are the only ones that suit the 8P in every way, not to shout down anyone else's aftermarkets just my personal opinion.
