Jav i like the lights (ihave them) Basically people have had em blow after 8 months,1 month........depends how lucky you are ! i love hid's but didnt install them for that reason....take em out ! do a search on here or google it.

And if the sunstrip encoraches onto the sweep of the wipers it would fail an MOT.

I agree, please for the love of god remove the DRL's. Unless you plan to sit in a Halfords car park with chooooons blasting out, they're completely inappropriate and cheapen an otherwise classy looking car.

Remember when modifying - less is more. As a wise dubber once said: for everything you bolt onto the car, unbolt something else.

If your budget is limited, then concentrate on one or 2 mods, rather than seeing how many sub-£50 mods you can find.

Yeah remove those tacky led light strips, the only people round here who have them are council estate dads who put them on there P reg Vectra CDX's!

Cheerz guys... i was going to get the lights jus like the R8 ones within the headlights but this was costly as you had to drop the bumper etc.
personallly i like the led strips.

other mods planned are... definetly alloys next i either want the R32 alloys, RS6z, or RS4s (in a sort of gunmetal grey grey or darkish colour to match the car)

jus cant seem to find any within my price range.

I don't think most people said to get rid - we just said they look terrible. It's all just opinion though. But if he posts up pics with "Lemme No Wha U Think" then we'll Leehim No Wha We Thunk.
