So........... is it just me or is anyone else fed up of this snow:banghead:. on all the back roads the hard snow has just ripped wat i believe to be pastic covers for something, from underneath and all i can hear is it scraping along its so embarrassing lol:blush: the price you pay for lowering a car. I've also noticed over them stupid bumps u can usually just fly over my car now scrapes over them now. IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS???

My S3 sits pretty low, with the lcr splitter it just acts as a snow plow! Luckily I havent ripped anything off yet! Definately not bored of the snow though, makes driving every where much more fun!

Yep bored. Weve had snow for 5 weeks now. Althought its just ice at the moment.

yup its exciting....unless you slip haha, plus i get to park closer to work where no 2wd can park woohoo

the snow doesnt bother me, what does bother me is the council f*ckwits who dont grit the roads because they are too short sighted to stockpile enough to cover all major roads where i live, meaning that i slide into a kerb at 5mph and kerb my brand new rims!!!

what the hell am i paying almost £200 a year in road tax for?
perhaps it goes someway to cover the cost of them filling in the gigantic pot hole that opened up near my work the other day?
question is who's tax money they gonna use to refill the exact same pothole that is now even f*cking bigger after the 'repair job' lasted a whole 24 hours :applaus:

CONGRATULATIONS MR WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE OF OUR HIGHWAYS COUNCILOR PERSON, YOU HAVE DEFINATLEY EARNED YOUR £50000 + A YEAR WAGE PLUS WHATEVER INSANE CHRISTMAS BONUS YOU GET!!!!!!!!! :gun2:

rant over.......... for now!

Where the snow gets pushed to the middle of the lane, mainly down the one track back roads, my cat shield scrapes along it and it sounds awful. I'm in two minds about the snow, I love it but when it means my football games get cancelled I start to get a bit pee'd off with it.

A plastic tray thing came loose under my car due to snow-covered speedbumps. I had to tear it off as it was rubbing on some pulleys. Hopefully it hasn't done any further damage, i'll have to check it throughly.

I loved driving in the snow but then it turned into icey snow and its just too much for the S3. It took me over an hour of digging last night to ensure i got out of the drive this morning. The 6 inches of snow is now 6 inches of solid ice that my PS2's couldn't cope with!

Thats why i've been commuting in the Landrover with mud/snow tyres on it!

My undertray went a long time ago.....so no problems here! :)
