MY 2010 S3 Replacement In Sepang Blue

Car has got a final build week 49. Maybe I'll see it this side of xmas then. Best news this year so far.

Superb choice of colour, looks really special.

I am getting a bit confused with all this build date stuff, I spoke with my dealer today to enquire about my next S3 and was told Build week 50 so to expect it around 20th Jan, does anyone know how this actually works for sure ?

TBH I'm not that fussed as in no real rush unless I can beat the VAT rise in January it makes no difference to me plus I'm loving Ibis again at the moment so the longer I have it the better.

Now if only I could justify an additional £1,600 and change the order to Sepang too
 
Yes mate still for sale, not heard anything off Nigel but to be fair I'm not chasing as not in a rush. Ordered what I wanted originally when I took the Ibis from the showroom, Phantom with buckets and light pack, anything else can be added later, I would stick with the Ibis and newly aquired buckets but taking a new one helps me to spread the cost and I'm being very well looked after as a regular customer, all the mods on my current car will be transferred over including the AP brakes due in the next couple of weeks (believe it when I see it :) ) I need to sell the buckets before the new car arrives but am confident they will sell as Nigel has first refusal (TBC) and I have a couple of other chaps on here after them. Sorry to hijack the thread :)
 
My Sepang S4 is on the boat so should be with me next week. Will post some pics up in the B8 forum, will bump this up as well.
 
Difficult at the moment Dave. Car is being detailed Friday so pray for some sun!

Just an update. My car is at the dealer, went to see it yesterday and can only say the colour looks awesome and much better than in the pics. Just need Audi UK to pay for the car, tinted windows andI should be able to collect sometime next week.

Wake up, 8 Hrs of work including a lunch. 10 Minutes phone call to insurance, pay for car options that have changed, then pickup car, then get home, then look at car again, then run upstairs to get pics for fellow as.net members. When's the next meet :)

I think there are a lot of people anticipating the pics Dave - not just you :)

At least you'll have the real thing to look at. I bet the pics wont do it justice.

Cant beat that new car feeling - even if you've had it more than most ;)
 
Shame about the weather. All I can remember is that when I picked up the yellow S3 the engine was as tight as a nuns. :)

Looks beautiful, but £35390 is a fairly tasty price. Must be loaded (is Sepang a very expensive Audi exclusive colour?).

Counting down the hours now. Race home to pick S3 up then race to audi to pick up blue S3. Then drive like a nanny with the new engine. Where the logic?

First of all all I can say is WOW to the colour and no I can;t get any good pictures in this weather and with the canon camera I have. However here are 2 URL's as I can't embed the images for some reason. This colour really does look fantastic!!!!

I wish I could show you with my eyes!! I really do. Need a proper camera with proper exposure to capture the colours. It changes colour I'm sure.

Just hate running new engines in.

Looks sweet mate - my fave Audi colour and has just made me think about getting another S3.... ;)

Thanks all, I will take some proper pictures tomorrow when the weather is a bit clearer. As for the tints they are done by Pentagon Glass Tech. As from their website smoke in the front and midnight in the rear. As for Legal , on the web all i Can say is I'm unsure, borderline = yes :)
