Siena ripped me off

so where the hell is he?! Has anyone actually seen or spoken to him in the last month - seems lots of chatter on here, but little fact relating to the mystery man..
 
Not really, I've been ringing and emailing him since the 12th December and had not so much as a text back. We all have family committments, but its not too much to ask for a reply to a business issue within a week, let alone a month! Unless you are hiding from something of course...
 
Yeah, ok,......Might be a good idea for you guys to discuss this on a private means. Though he's not replying, I'm 101% he checks this thread, probably on a daily basis. If I were him and I just saw what you've written above, Don't be suprised if bods (not just Sienna), even the police, are waiting for you when you rock up.

I would but for the fact that he has disabled my car by keeping the dash, and he lives some 150 miles away... Hence was trying to seek out who has been "misled" by him - to date its only me who's been really vocal on here - I just want to understand the extent of the issue and how many people are affected (hence my post ^^)

Do you know his surname, at least then I might be able to phone him at his home address (I only have a disconnected(?) mobile and his workshop number)
 
I'm not threatening anything physical or otherwise, far from it, re-read the thread above - I want to file an official report, if he contacts me and wants to sort it out then fine, but otherwise I want to pass this to the formal channels. he has my goods, he is not contacting me, its theft or deception as far as I can read it. I am not one for taking the law into my own hands!
 
Read this entire thread carefully and follow some of the links people have posted. You should be able to obtain all the information you require.

I have a spare S4 dash, it had the usual faulty dis but it worked, you will need to recode it but at least you will be mobile again.
 
Wow!! Well after reading all this and the links it seems I was right all along but everytime I questioned anything, it was like his "fans" wanted to hang me. So glad I never bothered with him and went with my Instincts.Phewww!! I wouldnt normally comment on threads like this because its too easy to get into Arguments but with all the links and personal comments by the other forums then this aint no 'One-Off' is it...

Anyway,Comeon guys like he's really going to reply, He knows what he's done and knows exactly who he's ****** off and in reality there is no getting out of it now is there.He's got no more to lose and certainly nothing to gain judging by what he's been up to - Yes he can Apologise and gives refunds or whatever money he owes but the DAMAGE is already done for him and cant see him coming back from it so I say good luck Siena, looks like you have completely ruined it for yourself...

...and before I leave, Sienna when you read this - You Know I sussed you out that time .Im sure you'll remember!!!

Thanks for posting up Paul it all adds to his credentials and like you if I can not get my parts and money he will be facing legal action from me to plus a trip to the police to report the theft of my wheels and parts.

Aye it is a shame it has come to this, but i beleive you have been very patient i salute you for that and the well worded post above.

I hope somehow we on this forum can help you get the car sorted,i for one am more than willing to help in anyway i can.
 
Whats the "piggy-back" ECU for mate?

I've got an ABZ loom and ECU in the garage, and its entirely self contained, there should be no requirement to piggyback anything...
 
tbh i'd be scrapping that, the stock ECU should run the engine just fine.

He's probably made a complete **** of the loom and the wiring is cocked up. If its saying MAF and TPS and they've been swapped out, then it can only be the wiring to the TPS and MAF.

You REALLY dont want an engine running on a mappable ECU, and you REALLY dont want him mapping it...

Tell him to stick it and get the car to marks. I can probably arrange a loan of my loom and ECU to try and work out where the problem is with yours, but i will need it back!
 
mate even if it "works", its going to be running a map put together by some muppet in 20mins...

Audis standard ECU they've spent millions of pounds developing is perfectly capable of running the engine, and not only is he only digging the hole deeper, but your handing over even more money to the muppet show for the privelege...
 
Sorry to hear your woes Paul, it does seem that Siena has been utterly stupid about what sounds like only a few people and run away from all of it rather than sort it out. Hope you get your car sorted and back asap.

I have still not as yet taken any official action, but have been collating my own evidence. In the scheme of things, my monetary losses are minimal (my dash cluster was sent to him and has never reappeared if you havent been reading all the thread!), but in getting my car back on the road I'm still out of pocket several hundred quid and its been off the road nearly 2 months (so far, car has yet to be inspected by someone else before any other rectification work is carried out..) and its still... THEFT.

I am giving it until the end of the week, then I will be taking this to the Police and trading standards and I suggest that each of us with a loss pool our information as we are in different parts of the country and get a full pack of related claim information to go to each of our respective local authorities. That way they have a simpler job to follow up.

Siena is still very active on this website - and actively posting today (as well as pics of his car recently)... search for his username - so it looks like he is still in Suffolk at the moment.

Trailer it home mate, i am sure With Kevs guidance we can get this car working with the OE ECU, there is no reason for an additional ECU to be fitted i can see. I won't continue this here suffice to say, get the car home
 
Just to ley everypne know, I'm getting the 10-bolt flywheels from www.TTv-racing.com, which is where Siena used to get all his from. For whatever reason, I dont belive they are dealing with him anymore.
 
Is anybody going to register on that site to inform all his fans what he is like? A nigerian that scams people,who would have thought it.

He was nigerian as far as i knew, his location is listed as "Delta State, Nigeria" and i'm sure i've seen "Proudly Deltan" written somewhere too, although i cant recall where.

Also the company name, Delta VAG and Delta Performance follows the same trend.

Ok now I am getting worried.Siena usually replies to my emails but now he isnt anymore.Can anyone go there and collect my parts ?
 
So I went on Friday to get my parts and only got some well one B7 RS4 brake disc and one bit of carbon oh and the S4 dash which I will sort out later. Siena dose not have any other parts rapped round him as I looked every where.
 
Well mainly the disc carbon and some sort of payment for my other parts which are on his car but he has a deadline for that which he better meet due to me now knowing what his new job is and im sure he dose not want to loose it.

no, dont know anything about them at all yet - I am very interested as the last communication I ever had from Siena was a text (sent twice) reading "Hi Nick, your pack was shipped today" Dec 7th. That *should* have meant that it was on its way to clusterrepairs - the fact that Dave was able to collect them from Siena and that clusterrepairs claim to have not seen the clocks implies that they didnt even make it from his house...

I packed them in bubble wrap and a card box, so will be interested to see how they come back!

Maybe easier to simply swap the needles over if they are.

Its David by the way and nope I don't think they ever left his house as they are still in the original box with bubble pack.

Well to add to the post his old number is no longer being used because you now get a massage stating no call are being connected to this number and my disc did not turn up on Monday so
I doubt he was going to make the next deadline plus he did not ring me has I requested so another trip is now on the books.
 
See that makes no sense to me, He knows your prepared to make the trip and yet still fobs you off. Even a phone call to say "i've still not got the cash yet" or whatever is surely better than nothing...
 
My original clocks had had the DIS replaced (via Siena!) and were all fine apart from the analogue clock then wasnt working - all this hassle just because I wanted the clock working!! :keule:
At least now I can make a choice and should end up with a lovely set of S4 clocks spare as well as a working original car.....
 
nick, no probs if you need me again, haven't been on here for a while as just moved house, but all settled in, well nearly.
