I doubt it...they are S3 Recaro seats, in the correct optional fabric...neither of which I remember being offered on the A3 at the time.

Full leather was a standard fit option on the S3 wasn't it? - The only reason I could think of for choosing cloth would be if you lived in a really hot country (import maybe?) but even so you'd have thought he'd go for alacantra instead.

maybe whoever brought the car new just didnt like leather seats for some reason at least they wont be freezing when u get in ure car in the morning while ure waiting for ure heated leather seats to warm up !!

Leather standard, or leather/alcantara or Jagard (sp?) cloth as no-cost options.

The only place I've ever seen cloth recaros was in Germany. I think they were an option or possible the standard for the rest of Europe.

I am pretty sure that it might be an import, I have only ever seen 1 other S3 with cloth in the UK and that was a grey one, and that was listed as an import in the advert.

My old S3 use to have full cloth interior (exactly as pictured above). It was actually really nice, I much prefer it to the 'orrible sticky leather I have now!

I would happily swap my leather for a cloth interior....a black one with recaro stitching though.....****** leather....cold in winter and too hot in summer....and slidey

My black S3 has got yellow alcantara and black leather, standard from factory and I wouldn't want anything else.
