10w 40 oil ok to use for my 3.0 cab?

ive got some of this oil lying around and since my car is telling me the oil level is low, can i use this? im geting a service in a few weeks so it will only be temporay.

the oil is from Total, Quartz 7000, high performance synthetic based.

It would be ok to top up no more than 1L and just on a temporary basis. You do more dammage running the engine short of oil than running a semi synthetic/thicker oil for a few weeks if you dont drive at high speeds or use the motor to tow heavy loads.
