hi can some1 posibly tell me where i can get some 60mm lowering springs for a a.3 1.6 sport 1998.tried ebay but cant seem to locate any
help apreciated

yea i was wandaring that.40mm just dont look the part tho does it i dont think anyway

Budget for new drop links and anti roll bars. You cant just lob -60mm springs on an A3. If you do your ARB will rub on your drive shaft.

what would you say best way to go then dude?defo want to bring it down more then 40mm

Drop it as low as you want to but just be aware its not as easy as just slapping some spring in there.

If you want to go -60mm then you can do it on springs..just budget for a new front antiroll bar so it clears the driveshaft.

As mentioned anything beyond 50mm and you'll need either new adjustable drop links or an up rated front ARB, to get -60mm you'll need coilovers though.

Did you have a budget in mind?

my a4 is lowered 50mm... makes a big difference what size wheels they are too. they 18" or 19"??
but i was told when buyin the springs an a4 will go to 50mm but mightn't compress enough for 60mm lower. not sure if this relates to the a3 too but they're probably around the same.

ive got 16s on at the m.o.just want to get that low fat look without to much dents to the wallet but will defo look in too a coilover kit now thanks everyone
