yeah he was quite worried about loosing his licence, turns out the police are offering him a driving course instead.
No mate the car wasn't parked we were doing about 40 in opposite dircetions. Lucky for me he left a big tyre mark on my side of the road otherwise it would be 50/50 i think.

That is lucky dude to be fair, my mate had the same happen and the old bill decided no-one was at fault, even though the guy was on the wrong side of the road!
Not all old drivers are bad in their defence - my nan is 84 and drives faster than me, but also suprisingly well (better than the missus anyway - she's written two cars off in two months!). She's a loon and drives around in an AMG Merc! (I have my suspicions she is pimping out bitches, or selling crack....)
Anyway, bad luck with the damage mate, noone likes to see that

Not sure if that back wheels is ok, looks like its been chipped to some extent. I will be looking to buy it back if its a write off and im un decided weather to get another one as i have a few bits i can transfer over or maybe move on to somthing else. Problem is i want 4WD and that limits it down to only a few cars!
