Siena ripped me off

What happened here :scared2:, you miss a few weeks and all hell breaks out. Personally I am VERY disapointed that this has come about. Been on lots of forums but always come back here. Integrity is a foudation of a forum, dont let this cloud OURS.
Doc, I really hope you resolve this and get your pennies back.

Well i dont know i dont get on here for a few months and you lot fall apart... sorry to hear whats gone on guys hope every thing works out for you and lets hope that the saying is true what goes around comes around... I know how you feel in a way but not the same i know but some little tosser drove into my car gave faulse details and the rozzers cant do anything so they say coz it happened in asda's car park and it will cost me more to go through my insurance than to pay for it my self,,, not the same i know but these peeps need to be taken to a public square and flogged. oh and by the way still no job but working hard on keeping the audi going yipppeeeeee
 
this is very sad to read for all concerned i think, i've been very gratefull for his helpful advice in the past but as said above unfortunalty he's not uttered a defence so i cant see me trading with him again. had a few of my wish list items from him but times are hard enough without taking these kinda risks

hope a defence is voiced soon and this can be resolved

Siena is a good friend of mine but I have had 2 engines sitting by him since November 2008 waiting for transport to me and he has not followed through.Does anyone have a contact # or lives close to him that they can go pay a visit?
Id like to close up this deal and be done with it.
 
his website has his units address, and if you look up companies house for deltavag limited you'll get his home address.

I've got his mobile somewhere if you need it?
 
can i just say. there maybe problems with certain things thats fine. but pls this is getting boring now. i'm sure there are people that can do with our help in the vag comunity so why don't we put our minds to helping each other out in stead of gunnin for one person.

you don't have to deal or speak with him if you wish. its up to you

I believe you doc, i had a problem with him would not refund me for the wrong Power steering pump after many many PMs etc. He then had the cheek to say I returned it in broken condition when i had never even used it.

He was getting married months ago, end of october iirc, so hes certainly been back since then. Werther hes gone away since, who knows, hes not been around these parts for a while now.

INA: When i was collecting an engine from him at the beginning of october he had an engine sat on his drive on a pallet (passat V5 iirc) which he said he was shipping to you, if thats any help.

So, my missing dash cluster that was sent to him nearly 3 weeks ago is not going anywhere fast then, is it.

I have had my doubts about Siena over the course of this year after protracted work carried out by him, but have consistently given him the benefit of the doubt since he was also fairly flexible and helpful.

This worries me intently. I have his home address, having been there several times to drop my car off and collect it (indeed I have not been to his unit at all) - however its a 120 mile trip for me.

What the hell do i do from here, can I report my cluster as stolen?! I now have a car that I cannot move and am at the end of a steadily growing list of "concerned" car owners. HELP!

Come on Siena - face up, sort things out and move on.

Yes was told this by others as well that visited him.

SOmething isnt right...can someone go and check up on him?

Is anyone else nearer, I echo INA's thoughts, please can someone check he's ok for starters? I have his home address (if anyone lives near Rendlesham, Suffolk), obviously at this point I am not going to publicise it, but can PM.

oh, and fyi, I have called him many times over the past few days on both landline and mobile, and have texted and emailed. His mobile doesnt even ring, goes straight to message, and his workshop rings forever(5 minutes last try)

Do you mean Phil at PW Motorsport? He's not Welsh but lives here in Wales lol, if you on about him then yes he is a top bloke very genuine and resonably priced (will not rip you off). Done some work for me already and replacing 2 EGT's and a Lambda tonight.:applaus:

I have known Siena for over 6 years...he means well so something is wrong.
 
AFAIK he has answered Doc so is alive etc.

I know he got hitched around september time, and has gone home ( Nigeria) for Christmas.

Siena, mate? I wish you well and can only hope whatever troubles you have can be sorted. It would be a bad start to the new year to confirm a bad apple in the Audi barrel...
 
cripes! You don't get this on the Mondeo forum... in fact, you don't get much on the mondeo forum. Which I still had my B5, with which incidently Siena was a stand up chap and seemed to be one of the only guys that could help me with p/n's etc as stinky was a fatherland import.
 
Seems so. As with everything, there are reasons... not excuses or explanations but none the less reasons.
 
Update.

Tried calling both landline (workshop) and mobile today.

Mobile appears to be cut off as I get "T mobile customer not available at the moment"
landline no answer.

I have waited long enough and gven far too much benefit of the doubt and think he needs a visit (official). :busted_cop:

I feel now that I should start getting legal and report the case to the local Police; but before I do, can anyone else who is awaiting gear from him or has stuff in his possession that they cannot recover, please add it to this post to give the report more weight (ie they will see this is not an isolated thing)?

Nick (me): S4 Dash cluster, steering column shroud and paperwork for work carried out back in March.
 
Siena = DeltaVAG = Delta Performance.

If you can reach him by phone then make your own choice, but I havent managed to raise him for a month by any means.

I wouldnt touch him at the moment, if he comes forward and sorts out the problems he's left, then that's possibly another matter.

He USED to be very active on here, but not a peep since the "scandal" broke.
