OK guys, so the date is defo confirmed now for the 16th of December, just waiting to hear back on the venue now, its defo going to be in Coventry so is pretty cool...

Any more updates will be provided as and when they come...

Hi Folks! Well you have all been asking for it so here you go......MIDS MEGA XMAS MEET!

In conjunction with:

:: Pure
:: Blade Ice
:: West Midlands Police

All the Dubclub guys have been working hard to get this ready in time for the 16th.

We have moved location and its proved to be alot more convenient as we have no shoppers driving around, a KFC and Pizza Hut, a big empty space and even a late petrol station!

As this is a meet for the people we have changed the judging categories to provide a lil variety, so watch this space for confirmed categories!

As always we will be providing special prizes for winners and xmas treats for all who attend

:: A laid back very friendly meet
:: All German, Euro and exotic cars welcome
:: 8pm meet time
:: located in the Sainsburys car park @ Austin Drive, Coventry, West Midlands, England, CV6 7NS
:: Convoys from Milton Keynes and Leicester
:: Special prizes for category winners
:: Xmas treats for everyone!

We have worked hard to put this together with the co-operation of West Midlands Traffic Police and all we ask is that everyone has fun and treats the site and fellow Dubbers with respect by driving with care and not being a hero, keeping music down, putting rubbish in bins, parking in designated spaces and leaving the site and area in a respectable manner.

Anyone who decides not behave will be asked to leave and left to the hands of the Police
 
I'll let you know if I'm going on here or by text Nilzy. Bit tied up with work, as it's nearing Xmas, but if I can sneak out for the night, I shall pop by, most probably in my Golf of Passat.

AFAIK, its a bigger location and had something to do with Sainburys not too keen on such a big trun out.

Nilz - I am confused as to your post regarding the change of location as you mention "Halfords".

I didn't think that was there! or has it moved there recently ?

Im not too sure, but thats the new location and it has been widely advertised as being the new location, so must be one there, I have checked on the Halfords website and it is listed as being there as a superstore, so must be there :)
 
Gu55set is I.Ill be there too....have some spare led bulbs for vrm plates so bring a screwy!!!

You know who GU55SET is now but J7 being J7USS. He said he'll text me later to let me know if he is going to make it as I have a part for him.

In that case Halfords must have moved! I was only up there 3 weeks ago and never noticed it! :think:

I cant make tonight lads, got to go xmas shopping at Mery Hill.....groan!!.

The place you want to go is behind Asda on the London Road in Cov, bottom of Allard Way etc.

If you go to the Asda island turn up Humber Road towards Seven Stars Industrial Estate there's a big Merc dealer on the right as you go up the hill. You can get into the estate if you turn right at the dealership :)

I hope you're all taking coats, its freezing!!
